더불어민주당 문재인 전 대표는 19대 국회 회기 종료와 함께 소록도와 광주, 경북 안동, 충북 청주 등 전국 각지를 돌며 '정중동 행보'를 해왔었다.
내주 중 네팔을 방문, 히말라야 트레킹 등에 나설 것.

이번 히말라야 등반은 12년여만의 일로서 지난 2004년 2월말 청와대 민정수석 사퇴 후 히말라야로 트레킹을 떠났다가 당시 노무현 대통령의 탄핵 소식을 접하고 도중에 급거 귀국한 바 있다.
